Doesn’t seem very fair that I can’t switch out whilst they take their sweet time to take over my account

Please let us know if indeed there are these cheaper rates you can switch to .It always takes time on the transfer and much better than no supply no contract and need to get credit back via the administrators .0

Green economy 10 > shell economy 10 (?)
ive tried twice to speak via phone, with no real answers.
now I’ve emailed them, awaiting a response. Does anyone on green economy 10 know what is happening? The new tariff details that they’ve sent are afaik, economy 7.If they’re not honouring e10 tariffs, then do we need to have our meters changed? Or do we stay on economy 10 but get the same rates as economy 7? That seems odd, but maybe it’s what will happen.
Has anyone else in this situation made any sense of it?From feudal serf to spender, this wonderful world of purchase power0 -

Simple search on a price comparison site in my region threw up a 12 month fixed rate tariff that is 20% cheaper on unit rate AND daily standing charge. Shell’s flexible 6 tariff has resulted in an 80% increase in my electricity rates. This is deeply unfair0

You'll be lucky if any company will honour a switch right now tbh, even if Shell had been quicker with the move.
Some people have tried and find they aren't honouring deals showing on comparison web sites.
But good luck when you get to try - I've been switched to Shell as well *sigh*1 -
Not much help when you're carless lol0

But you said you're the Stig's mum! Has he gone electric?

However, there is no simple short-term fix now we're in this situation (and no likely long-term fix without a change of Government).0
