Just decided to check out my account on Green's website and I have two final energy statements showing - one is dated today (17/11/21) and is also labelled Cancelation Bill, the other is/was the last statement I'd received from them (20/09/21) but is now labelled Cancelled. Can anyone else see their final statement(s)? Also, my credit balance now seems totally wrong as my charges from the 20th August have been 'refunded/reversed' and as I was in the middle of a switch when Green ceased trading I don't know who I owe what to. I’ve just Checked my green account, three bills, July, August and
September. All marked cancelled, the last two marked final bills. I have a credit balance of £197 but from these bills I’ve no idea how they worked it out. Have to work out everything I used and everything I paid. I’ll do that when I get a Shell account and compare to Shells’ figures. Life is never simple.0 -

i notice that https://green.energy/ is a blank page unless i hit 'shift' and refresh at the same time, and it will then load

no change on my account but then I (fully) left green just before shell took over
no contact yet from shell either about setting up an account which I was told was necessary to process a refund of the green credit balance0 -
I'm just sitting back and waiting to see what happens. Have just given my closing readings to Green and that's it. I'm in no rush to start getting my huge bills on much higher rates. Will wait to see what happens then contest things if needed.

I can't access my Green a/c at all to see what's going on. I fill in my email and it says the normal 'we've sent you an email to confirm it's you' but of course it doesn't. So people who can see any closing bills on Green are lucky. I've no idea what's going on, I'll just wait until someone decides I owe them money, then they'll contact me. I took photos of my last readings, so just have to wait 'til Shell get in contact.0

Edit: My personal 'members' web page shows the same 'old' info as the app.0
