In a nutshell - exactly what i predicted. Rip off! OCT can jog on

I suggest we all move to another supplier as these prices are a joke. What more of a joke - these are flex tariffs and not fixed so will get even higher
Be sure to let everyone know the details of the much better deal you find for yourself...

(You are not being ripped off vs current alternatives.)

NEON fixed for 12 months - Still active

    Caveat Emptor:

On 21 September 2021, the Authority issued a provisional order to Neon Reef Limited ("Neon Reef") in accordance with section 25(2) of the Electricity Act 1989.

Neon Reef is required to make Feed-in Tariff (“FIT”) Levelisation Payments on both a quarterly and annual basis, as per the requirements of Standard Licence Condition ("SLC") 33 and the Feed-In Tariff Order 2012.

Neon Reef has failed to make its FIT Year 11 Annual Levelisation Payment of £37,350.76 by the deadline of 17 September 2021.

The provisional order requires Neon Reef to pay the outstanding amount forthwith.

What does that exactly mean? From what i can see they will go bust sooner rather then later but not bust as of yet. So we may be able to get through winter with the cheap tarrif before switching

On 24 September 2021, the Authority made a Revocation Order in accordance with section 25(7)(c) of the Electricity Act 1989. The Authority decided that the terms of the provisional order were no longer requisite for the purpose of ensuring Neon Reef’s compliance, as Neon Reef paid the outstanding sum on 22 September 2021.

The provisional order is no longer in place.

No supplier is offering electricity at 3.4p/kWh - if only.

Looking at Daligas’ website, there appears to be only tariff on offer today:

It means what it says. Neon Reef has found the money to pay its dues to Ofgem so it remains solvent as a supplier. I am not sure though it would be on my short list of potential suppliers.
