Look again at your 3.4p/kWh for electricity. You are quoting the price for gas.

I have no idea how long any supplier will remain trading. Small suppliers tend to struggle in rapidly changing market conditions more than their bigger counterparts.

Yes sorry i meant GAS. But 3.4 for GAS is a steal! Where else can you find this?

Certainly not on OFTM website being as they are not currently offering gas only, cheapest dual fuel gas offered by OFTM Gas unit rate: 8.726p per kWh :( regional differences will apply
    9p for gas?

You telling me its triple from last year. I dont believe it

Can someone post links to the best comparison websites to look for energy. The ones that no-one knows about

    Thanks in advance
If no-one knows about them, they can hardly post them, can they.
There really isn’t a list of secret comparison sites that only the select few know about. It would defeat the object for suppliers if no one could find them to take up their deals, surely?
I mean there are secret websitse that dont come up with your typical google search i.e CA . People on the forum told me about CA

This is going well. A gas price of c.3.5p/kWh means that the supplier may be providing gas at a loss which is why many suppliers are no longer offering their variable tariffs to new customers.
That is down to the companies - we as customers just want the best deal

Here are the details of the two dual fuel tariffs, the only gas ones they offer, from the OFTM website (screenshots are from their website) - more or less the same at 8.6p and 8.7p.

Their electricity only tariffs are 33p+!

Why are CA putting on tarrifs that not longer exist?
Misleading advertising - they could get sued

The problem is that the deals on the Citizens Advice website are out of date because the market has moved so quickly - they point you to the suppliers' own websites where the tariffs no longer exist.

Not really, there's nothing to sue for - you can't sign up for any deal directly through them and it is just indicative. You have to go to the supplier's site.
