Just checked and my Final Avro Bill was £205 - Debit (This must have appeared today) - This was the only one on the Octopus site
I have not cancelled my Avro DD and i have NOT set up a new DD one with Octopus, as suggested a few times in this thread.
So confused as to what to do now. I guess the final bill has been transferred over, so should i cancel the DD with Avro?See the latest debit advice from Octopus here https://octopus.energy/avro/ from what you said your direct debits are already appearing in your Octopus account so I wouldn't change anything. In your situation I would sit tight until Octopus produce their first statement for your usage from 26th September onwards which will obviously reduce your current balance significantly. Once that's happened you will be on a level playing field and can then decide what action you need to take. Make sure you enter meter readings via your Octopus dashboard on your preferred day each month and each time you do that it will create a new Octopus statement.Someone please tell me what money is1 -

Hopefully this will be remedied ?The only mad thing is that Octopus have set the new version of the Dashboard (which is an unfinished project) as the default option. Not many customers will realise the old version even exists.
I can get to the old meter readings page from a link on the meter readings page, but that's about it.1 -

I can get to the old meter readings page from a link on the meter readings page, but that's about it.There should be a link at the bottom of your account page.If there isn't, try:https://octopus.energy/dashboard/accounts/accountnumber/?legacy(Don't just click on it, you need to fill in your account number where it says accountnumber)

Hi, after some advice please.I’m currently with Sainsburys energy, I started the transfer process prior to the announcement that Avro would cease trading.Avro ceased trading 26.9.2021
Octopus 26.9.2021-29.9.2021Sainsburys Energy 29.9.2021
I’ve not received a final bill from Avro, or a bill from Octopus or Sainsburys Energy.I did submit final meter readings with Avro a while ago (unfortunately I did not keep a record of the meter readings submitted).I’m not sure who to chase. Should I continue to wait to hear? Thank you0
