Can i not transfer £10000 in the acct and earn 5%? or is it just for the round ups from debit card transactions that earn 5%?
Reading through the website, saver account is 3.5%

Round up account is different.

You can't transfer in.

Only round ups from debit card transactions.

The only way to really 'transfer in' is in increments of like 99p if you spend £1.01 for example - like some forumites did with the digital regular savers.

Apparently Chase don’t do a hard search. You would be better to wait if you are in the process of a mortgage application though just to be safe although I doubt it would affect it that much.

It’s currently not possible, this is due to a system limitation. It will likely change in future.

I see the chase saver rates are down to 3% now. I have moved my spare cash elsewhere now to earn more interest. Have others begun to move their cash elsewhere as well now ? Would be interesting to know how much money has flowed out of their accounts recently,
