When I do that, I get two headings, scheduled payments and direct debits but tapping on either of them nothing happens.
I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.0 -
Go to make a payment as normal, but then select 'Schedule' in the top right of the screen and you can choose whatever date you need and set repeat & end dates if need be. I find it very useful for sending into current accounts just before credit card DDs are taken (although Lloyds accept DDs from Chase savings pots, so that's even easier).trickydicky14 said:Can someone help please, how do I setup a standing order on my Chase current account. I can’t work it out, I see how to set up a new payee but not a recurring ‘standing order’.

That’s probably the safest assumption.miller said:I'm on the year 2 cashback scheme (deposit £500, get 1% the following month) with an end date quoted in the middle of April; I assume I'll only earn cashback up to that point and not for the whole of April (providing I deposit £500 in March)?
having said that, I expect Chase to announce a continuation of the cashback offer beyond April… 👀2 -
Me too. Mine is due to finish at the end of April. I'd probably stay anyway, but I would imagine they would lose a lot of customers if they don't carry on with the current cash back system or something very similar.moocowone said:

How can you tell what your cashback end date is?

Chase appear to have altered something for the worse in the latest app update - I was doing my monthly Regular Saver merry-go-round and noticed that now only one previous reference is now saved, which stuffs things up a bit for paying into building societies that use 3rd party/catch all accounts i.e Monmouthshire, Tipton. The only workaround I could find is to create a completely new payee with the same sort and account code, the alternate reference then edit the payee name afterwards to tell them apart0

I contacted support regarding this update to express my disbelief and dissatisfaction, and they escalated the issue to determine whether this is an intended feature or an unintended consequence. I suspect the interface changes were implemented to better accommodate Secondary Reference Data (SRD) in Confirmation of Payee checks (fixing a bug), but for accounts not incorporating CoP SRD, saving only the most recent payment reference is certainly a downgrade, a regression mimicking the archaic systems of older banks.PloughmansLunch said:Chase appear to have altered something for the worse in the latest app update - I was doing my monthly Regular Saver merry-go-round and noticed that now only one previous reference is now saved, which stuffs things up a bit for paying into building societies that use 3rd party/catch all accounts i.e Monmouthshire, Tipton. Just to answer a question that nobody's asked ...
I reported that I'd been having problems with my card (2 years old) on Tuesday, several declined transactions and chip errors whether contactless or card insertion in two out of four shops.
Today I received a new card (two days later) and activated it in the app, the virtual (app) details are the same i.e. card number, expiration date etc so that online payments will be unaffected, but as I understand it the real card details will have changed for store use.
Well done Chase.0
