How long did people wait for their debit card to arrive?

I set my account up 9 days ago and still yet to receive mine.

I had fraudulent transactions on my Chase Current Account back in March (several EasyJet transactions).  Total amount of money gone is about £150.   I am still waiting to be re-imbursed despite chasing this up three times now.

Is there anything I should be doing to get this sorted - can I report them to FCA?

If you have already made a formal complaint about the lack of refund, then after 8 weeks you could refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. It shouldn't take months to process such a claim.

Asked for a replacement for lost card on 22 June, arrived today (11 July). Unfortunately it had taken so long that a second replacement has been ordered and today's card lasted an hour before being eaten by an ATM ("Retained by issuer"). At least I was expecting it.

Card issuance at Chase is not the quickest.

Remember you can always add the card to Google Pay (and I assume Apple equivalent) from the Chase App before you have the physical card.   Not for everyone I agree, but personally I rarely use the physical card these days.

Chase debit card arrived. It doesn’t seem to have anywhere to sign on the back, just the metallic strip. All my other cards need signing and asked around friends who also say the same. Does it not require a signature? Does not having one bring any limitations?
