I think transactions on planes used to be offline. Might be wrong. My understanding is it depends on how the card/account is configured. I was at a retailer a while back (pre-Chase) where their card system had lost connectivity and was warned it might not go through, but if it did with my Barclaycard. The transaction took several days to appear on my account (it didn't affect my available balance during that time as it was offline). My assumption would be that Chase would set the offline transaction limit as £0 to prevent this scenario.1 -
I've just gone see if I had any further cleared cashback to transfer. The transfer yesterday didn't take place, so i still had that and another small amount that I transferred this morning. Gremlins indeed.1

I attempted again at the same time you did and it worked too. Nothing else changed except the time of day, so it must be their problem.

With apologies, as I haven't read all 135 pages, but has anyone had difficulty with merchants not accepting DDs from Chase on their system? I'm trying to change my car payments over, and getting a firm no!0

Some positive data points from me:
I was one of the early adopter and have enjoyed the great benefits of using the card abroad, especially in US, with considerable cashback even on hotels, car rental and restaurants paid in local currency. I was however affected early own (up to January 22) with large payments of my salary circulating through the account and being stop for further checks. Quick call to customer service usually resolved this but made a point of commenting that I did not mind extra security per se but was annoyed that large payments of similar amounts to previously approved account, would still get caught up. Well the situation improved with no more issue on regular payments but in the last few days I have actually enjoyed even larger payments getting in and out quickly and also a 5 digit online debit card payment only requiring the app authorisation before going through with no further issues. Good signs for me that they are adjusting their operation.0 -
I'm sure this has been answered somewhere here but has anyone been able to withdraw more then £25,000 in a single day by live chat/calling or other means?0

northwalesd said:Mine's the same, transferred some cashback from yesterday but it's still showing in the rewards section. I'm also getting a message "Unable to get your details. Try again" in the app. As for versions, I see only 1.13.1 in the app store (last updated 16 Jun 22), I'm using a Galaxy A71 on Android 12.

I didn't notice anything on the cashback T&C's about paying off credit cards (unless Debt Repayments covers it)? Surely you don't get cashback when doing that?
Also, does anyone pay off a CC from their Chase account? I couldn't see how to enter that under the payments option as it's looking for a bank style account number and sort code.0
