It seems like any transaction can sometimes be subject to a delay before it is updated in the app.miller said:Another glitch I've just seen - go into rewards, try and transfer the balance out. It says done, but then the rewards balance stays the same (i.e. not done). Tried restarting the app, but same result.

I've been advised to upgrade to version 1.14.1, but I can only see 1.13.1 installed with no updates available.

Mine upgraded to 1.14.1 on Android 6 days ago.miller said:miller said:Another glitch I've just seen - go into rewards, try and transfer the balance out. It says done, but then the rewards balance stays the same (i.e. not done). Tried restarting the app, but same result.

In the Google Play store, I can see that I'm running 1.13.1 as it's "compatible with your device" which is an Alcatel 3L (2021). I'm assuming there's been a change in 1.14.1 which my phone doesn't support. Trouble ahead for me I reckon.

I am only offered 1.13.1. on an up to date Pixel with Android 12.
I suspect they are phasing the rollout of the version (or a bug in the computability requirements).2 -
Sorry if this question has been asked before. Ive tried to find out what happens if you accidentally go overdrawn. I have the app on my iPad not phone so i have to check it before i go out to make sure enough money in. Does it flag up that you need to put more money in or does it just let you go overdrawn then charge you?0

They don't offer overdrafts. If you don't have enough in your account, then your payment would fail due to insufficient funds.babe-ruth said:Sorry if this question has been asked before. Mine's the same, transferred some cashback from yesterday but it's still showing in the rewards section. I'm also getting a message "Unable to get your details. Try again" in the app. As for versions, I see only 1.13.1 in the app store (last updated 16 Jun 22), I'm using a Galaxy A71 on Android 12.miller said:Another glitch I've just seen - go into rewards, try and transfer the balance out. I'm not surprised it's doing this, like @Masonic I quite often see delays in the transaction updates.1 -
Yes, I inadvertently tried to pay using my Chase account in Lidl the other week with not enough to actually pay for my shopping, it was declined. That was shown as 'declined' in the activity list. If I click into that entry it tells me there wasn't enough money.masonic said:

Would you be able to make offline payments with Chase, thus going into debit once transaction clears??
I think transactions on planes used to be offline. Might be wrong.0
