Chase playing silly buggers again, attempted to move 5k at lunchtime still not gone through.
I had a month of hell then it settled down for a few weeks now more problems. What gets me, is every payment I have ever made from Chase have always gone to the same bank account.
Once my cash back has ended on my debit card I’ll ditch Chase for good.
I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.0 -

That said, after these last few weeks, I would never trust Chase as a main current account.
It is a shame as I managed a JP Morgan company bank account a few years ago, and they were by far the best bank I have ever dealt with.2 -
The maintenance yesterday doesn't seem to have helped a great deal, if that was what it was for. I'm still having intermittent problems logging in "Something went wrong, we're experiencing some issues on our end..." and continuous spinning circle when logged in as it tries to load my information. At least everything now does load, after a minute or two.0

The payment issues with Chase makes me think how much longer before they substantially ramp up support to handle this many customers. I wonder if they're going as fast as they can but still cannot keep up. I guess it's going to be a year or two before they're stable.
I'm only using Chase as a savings bank now and will hope there's no issues when I need to move money around.0 -
My payment arrived after 7hrs, I intend to leave 1k in Chase just to service my debit card and get a bit of cash back, what is left will go to Virgin.I choose the rooms that I live in with care,

I have had more problems with Chase bank in the 3 months that I have had an account, than any other - ever. These include - payments in not received for hours, payments out not available and a request to rescan my passport after ONE incorrect password entry. If Chase do not get their continual poor performance sorted out, I will be closing my account.0

I can't even get an account open (hmmm .. do I really want too?)
I was in the "Waiting room" for about two weeks.
Then I filled in my details and took a selfie.
Now they've been "Making some checks" for about a week.

I'm coming around to thinking that I made a poor decision opening a Chase account. "Pending' payment issues, late payments and receipts and an app that is about as user unfriendly as they could make it.
A few decimal points of extra savings interest isn't worth all this and I'll be jumping ship very soon if things don't markedly improve.1
