Chase UK discussion

Let me add a few words of balance. I use Chase just for cashback and savings. At 4.30pm today, I messaged them and asked them to raise a Mastercard Chargeback for a refund that I hadn’t received. At 4.40pm, I got a message from their Chargeback team asking for some supporting evidence. By 5.30pm, Chase had called back to say that a Chargeback request had been sent to Mastercard.
Their call verification process via the App is also a big improvement over other Banks’ security checks.3 -
Just looked at my Chase account tonight and for the second night running, payments out are not working again. This is become abysmally poor.0

I used it yesterday and after doing so I couldn't access my accounts. I called Chase who told me it wasn't an uncommon problem for it to happen and I should reinstall the app. I think most account holders know what a faff that can be but after a number of failed attempts I managed to do it. I can't say I was impressed.[Deleted User] said:

Interesting. I also requested a chargeback claim yesterday around 10am, Chase asked for an explanation for the request and sending the supporting evidence, around 1pm I received the dispute claim reference.[Deleted User] said:Let me add a few words of balance. Asked this morning if my claim has been forwarded to MasterCard, Chase says this is still in process with the dispute team

Despite the name, it turns out an iPod touch is a smartphone.

According to Wikipedia, Apple discontinued it in May 2022, and it was the last in its line, but it is still on sale new from a number of retailers. By far not the oldest supported device, can be updated to iOS 15, which is still receiving security updates.Daliah said:
yes but an old one. AFAIK, the last ever model was produced in 2019.masonic said:Despite the name, it turns out an iPod touch is a smartphone.
