Just added VAT to my original kwh stated and that's okay if kwh quoting as ex VAT; though it isn't for the standing charge.

Yes my tariff shows these new rates too.  I wonder if someone who has not cancelled their DD could check their account?

I've not cancelled my DD,  and my tariff is still showing the same as before they went into admin.  I don't think I'm going to cancel my DD yet given what appears to be happening.

Go to pfpenergy.co.uk/account-login, log in (presumably you are registered) and look under My Account for tariff details.

Thank you. Found it! Mine has increased slightly from the last bill, but not massively and still cheaper than the tariff that BG will be putting me onto.

Just checked and mine has gone up.
I'm moving to Sainsbury's on the 5th of October. Only small credit so should cover final bill.

Just to confirm that sitting tight and waiting to hear from BG is likely to be the quickest and smoothest path. I tried to jump to another supplier, changed my mind when I correctly predicted they'd be one of the next to go and have only succeeded in adding a month to my connection date to BG.
  • Yes my Standing Charge and unit rates for gas & electricity has been increased along with the £12 charge. Bet they take another £12 next month if I haven't been fully moved across to BG! Soon it be cheaper to burn £20 notes to keep you warm!
  • Just wondering...my standing charge and unit charge has also increased on the pfp website. Does it matter, as I thought we would now be on BG tariff starting from when they were appointed as SoLR?
  • I had my new contract from BG tonight with a start date of 6 Oct, my switch to Sainsburys is still supposedly on track, with a start date of 7 Oct, I wonder what will actually end up happenning  🤡🤡🤡
