What happens to the referral credit earned but not yet applied to the account, does that still get honoured if both parties have fulfilled all the terms and conditions (3x DD taken etc)? The fact that they've taken the referral progress page on the account down suggests they're trying to remove any evidence of it.2

So how much am I going to be paying per unit of gas and electricity as of now ? Continue at current pfp rate or the new unknown suppliers top rate ? For how long ?0

Another two energy firms gone. I wonder who will take them over.

So when we are switched i just looked at worst case scenarios and could be paying double for electricity and triple for gas to what I'm paying now ! For how long ? Winter is coming !
Pretty pointless going for a small company to save money ....big 6 for me from now on i guess0 -
Oh joy... I've only just got over Tonik going into administration and was only a couple of months from moving suppliers. Typical!0

Question for those of you who have been here before. Currently a PFP customer but instigated a switch away 7 days ago. My switches to 2 separate suppliers are due to complete 21st and 22nd of this month (September) and this will leave me with a credit balance on my PFP account.
Q... How will this credit be returned to me?
Thanks

It may take a few months though as their priority will be existing/current customers and it also depends how good PFPs customer records are.0 -
This is not the best time for this to happen. I've only been with PfP for a couple of months and was on a fixed tariff.Give that this is going to take a few weeks to sort out, is there any problem with initiating a switch away from them this week to take advantage of any other fixed tariffs currently available (if there are any good ones left!)?The problem with staying to see out the transfer to the new supplier is that by then the market will have changed for the worse.1

I'm caught in this too , do we continue to make payments ? Or is it best to cancel the direct debit0
