masca said:Hi. Slightly off topic, but I'm in the process of switching. Can anyone tell me where the current interest rate is shown in Nationwide internet banking or app? How can I tell if I'm eligible for the 2% rate on £1,500 on a FlexDirect? Thank you!0

Thanks for all the replies re interest rate. I have previously held an account before, but having been allocated a new customer no. this time, I had optimistically hoped I might get the 2% again. I spoke to NW yesterday and received a somewhat vague confirmation of the 2%, but I'm not sure that she was very convinced herself! It's rubbish that the interest rate isn't visible anywhere online or in app!0
