Today has a way to go yet. Have you tried logging in and having a look?

I didn't hear anything from them until the working day after switch completion, when they sent me a text message at 12:01 telling me I qualified for the switching bonus.

Hi. Slightly off topic, but I'm in the process of switching. Can anyone tell me where the current interest rate is shown in Nationwide internet banking or app?  How can I tell if I'm eligible for the 2% rate on £1,500 on a FlexDirect?  Thank you!
Don’t see it in the app, as for eligibility have you previously held a FlexDirect account if yes then it’s likely you will get the standard rate not the bonus rate.

No "it's likely" about it. If you have ever benefitted from the bonus rate of interest on a FlexDirect then you will definitely get the standard rate of interest which, to answer the original question, is 0.25%

Thanks for all the replies re interest rate.  I have previously held an account before, but having been allocated a new customer no. this time, I had optimistically hoped I might get the 2% again. I spoke to NW yesterday and received a somewhat vague confirmation of the 2%, but I'm not sure that she was very convinced herself!  It's rubbish that the interest rate isn't visible anywhere online or in app!
