Switches completed on both mine and OH account, and 125 paid in :)  Is there any requirement to stay with them now to keep any bonus, or am I able to look at moving again?  (Thats if can find anything else of worth.....prob won't be anything to be fair for my secondary account)
Are the terms not clear about the requirement to stay or otherwise?

Nothing mentioned at all about leaving that I can see from reading through the T&Cs but wanted to check on here in case anyone knew otherwise
Well, if you checked the terms and you're sure it doesn't say you can't... then it is clear that you can.

Had a win today with this Nationwide switch bonus. I had a text a few weeks ago to say I didn't qualify for the switch incentive. I couldn't understand why as I thought I met the Ts & Cs but figured I must have messed up somewhere. But had a bit of free time today to ring up and sit on hold. A very helpful call handler checked my switch and confirmed that I should have received the £125 and he was going to put through a manual incentive payment for me. DH recieved his payment a couple of weeks ago too. Very pleased. So if you've had a similar message about not qualifying, it's definitely worth a phone call.

    Hi
I have a Barclays (was Woolwich life time tracker)
I use like a bank account, salary DD come out monthly, I want a current account as I may pay off my Mortgage later this year.
Nationwide have a branch 5 mins from my house and I have a joint saving account with my child with them
can I take advantage of the switch and keep my reserve mortgage account with Barclays until I pay the mortgage off! Switching my DD to Nationwide?
    Thanks

You can only benefit from Nationwide's switching offer if you're switching an actual current account, that's compatible with the Current Account Switching Service - the fact that you use a non-standard account 'like a bank account' doesn't in itself make it one, but if your existing account isn't suitable for switching, you could perhaps open a sacrificial donor current account with Barclays and switch that to Nationwide, after ensuring that it satisfies all switching prerequisites documented in the offer terms?

What counts as a DD for this? I have a donor Lloyds account with an active DD already paid out so that one is fine but I've set up another one that's showing when I check the account DDs but hasn't actually paid out yet - do I need to wait until it actually gets paid (towards the end of the month) or does it already count? Not clear to me from the T&Cs.Thanks

I had the same quandary. Like you I knew roughly when the 2nd DD was being paid out (in my case I knew it was around 6 working days since setup), so when doing switch on Nationwide website I picked 'date of switch start ' 4-5 working days after 2nd DD being paid out date.

I watched the 'andy clever cash' YouTube video on this and the above is what he suggested. So, from what he says for this switch it seems DD's need to be paid out to be 'counted'. I didn't see anything that said otherwise, so went with it.

Received Nationwide switch bonus soon after switch. It's paid out really fast.

Thanks OceanSound that's what I was leaning towards - just wondered if I could shortcut the system!
