When switching in to the joint acct, the second person was listed on the online N/W switch form, even though they obviously weren't on the sole account being switched in, but we selected the option that they didn't have a debit card and it all went through okay1 -

My timeline, if it's of any interest to anyone...
Friday 10th Sept - Switch Completed (no notifications received, but old account vanished and its balance appeared in Naitonwide).
Monday 13th Sept - Text message received congratulating me on being eligible for the offer, and saying it will be in my account within 24 hours.
Tuesday 14th Sept - £125 Appeared, marked as "Switching Offer".7 -
My switch, from TSB to Nwide, is underway, includes a DD to Paypal. Just had this from Paypal:We have been unable to add or update your bank account details
As per your amendment request, we recently attempted to update the bank account you have attached to your PayPal account:
Bank account number: XXXXXXXX
Unfortunately we have been unable to update your bank details as per the amendment request. This may be because we haven't received all the required information.
You can manually update your bank details via your PayPal account. Please visit Profile, click My Money, and go to Bank Accounts. The XXXXXXXX being, genuinely, the Nwide account that is being switched to, so this looks real, not spam.
The implication seems to be that Nwide are messing up that particular DD transfer. Not a lot I can do though, except wait.

I am also still waiting for my remaining £25......

Once they have paid me (which they have) am I free to move the DDS to another bank?
