Paperwork provided with the sim card states *669# for a balance enquiry but mine shows zero so I suspect it only shows the top up balance rather than free minutes left.RWG contact numbers might be in your contacts possibly labelled Now.

Nope, can sign up to it from all over the UK, don't have to be in Wales to do so, just need EE coverage to be able to use it.roddydogs said:Isn't rwg for Wales only? And what's the snag with the "free" bundle? there must be one surely?
No snag with the free bundle either - they've been offering it since 2019 and seem content to carry on. I've been using them for a fair amount of that time and it's been pretty much smooth sailing all the way.

Yesterday I applied for the RWG SIM and the web page seemed to indicate that the details had been submitted, however I haven't received an email confirmation. Anyone know if this is normal because I'm not 100% sure if I submitted it correctly? Thanks.0 -
