Paperwork provided with the sim card states *669# for a balance enquiry but mine shows zero so I suspect it only shows the top up balance rather than free minutes left.RWG contact numbers might be in your contacts possibly labelled Now.

No snag with the free bundle either - they've been offering it since 2019 and seem content to carry on. I've been using them for a fair amount of that time and it's been pretty much smooth sailing all the way.
