    Answered my own question, there is NO dot after wales, though the letter clearly shows one GRRR.

    if you look at the bottom of the page there is the registered address ,company, vat and email details.

    also on the quick start bit of paper.

    RWG up and running, but I can't get texts to send or receive, tried all the usual stuff, restart, clear cache, anyone had this?
  • Iv not had this,everything worked when i put sim in phone. You did email to activate sim? You click on the red box in email they sent to say what bundle you wanted. I had the free bundle

    Activated, and phone ok, its just text messages.

    Check you have the correct message centre number. Its +447870002408          This could be the problem if calls are fine

    Hope you have a samsung phone,as iv never had a apple i phone.   Go to text messages,then press the 3 dots at the top of screen,then press settings,then press more settings,then press text messages, then you will see message centre,press that then put the RWG number in as per my other post. 
    If it dont work, ring them on 01633 415333. They are very helpfull,and its a uk call centre
