Now I just need to work out how my payment is converted into phone credit - at no point was I asked for my number......
I didn't bite, but presumably if it's not asking for a phone number, and the £5 has been added on, then it must be tracking some other way (like email address).

So you can mix the free with payg?, they allow that?0

When your free bundle runs out they use any credit you have to be used till your free bundle starts again. You dont have to do anything, they just do it that way1

I'll drop them an email quoting (screenshot) the payment reference and my number.0 -

(star669hash) I'd have expected the obvious way to get funds to your phone would be through the phone number.

Email response received confirming top-up has been applied.1 -
Just checked their site to find out how to turn off voicemail which I thought I'd already done, apparently not due to daily voicemails and found a new top up page which logically asks for the mobile number.

Just done that, as I thought its already turned off. I tried checking my voicemails and there is no voicemail for my number. I missed a call a view days ago and had a voicemail notification immediately afterwards and a few weeks ago someone phoned me and said it went to voicemail.

My voice mail is off. No idea why I get notifications or why some calls have been directed there, contacted them to ask.Looking on their site it appears you now have to top up before being able to access the free calls.
