So why would you want to switch it off? Pretty sure it's charged for elsewhere.
Indeed - other than (IIRC) Lycamobile, voicemail tends to be either included in minutes if not charged separately.

I can`t find any mention anywhere that actually says voicemail is free.
On their website? You won't find any mention of it on there - I looked months ago, couldn't find anything, sent them an email asking about voicemail charges, and they answered saying voicemail is free.

Voicemail is on by default. To turn it off call 669,and listen 4 the option.
I tried that myself, but (unless I missed it!) I didn't notice an option to turn it off. However they turned it off very quickly after I sent an email request.

I'm not entirely sure whether calls to voicemail are taken out of your 'free' 50 minutes?
Just checked. To turn voice mail off call 669 option 3

Why does voicemail need to be turned off?
Primarily because I'm using this SIM solely for outgoing calls. It's in a dual SIM phone along with a SIM with my 'regular' number. Anybody who wants to contact me can do so on my 'regular' number.

  • Rwg. Runs on ee. They do a £0 a month bundle, 50 mins and texts and 250mb of data. Renews every 25th of the month. You just need 2 make a call or text or use data once every 6 months to keep sim active. Iv been using it for 2 months now. No problems at all
Rwg gets even better, now with free unlimited calls and texts to other rwg users. Saw on their website today

"The easiest way to top up is to dial 669 from your device and follow the instructions."
Anyone done this? An explanation of what the instructions are would be helpful. Can I top up from a debit card? Minimum top up? Does it expire? Do I need to register or install the app before topping up?
What benefits are there to installing the app?

No snag. Been using for 3 months. Everything works fine. Including roaming
Did you have to top it up for roaming to work ? as on the 50min tariff it appears you don't get free roaming for
outgoing calls, incoming & texts work ok.
