I've just had the same. Clicking the link leads to a blank email. I gave them the number on the sim and requested package.

EDIT. Response in less than an hour and sim activated.

Yes all was ok. I gave them every number I could find on the card. I think they must have been busy then as it took about 8 hours to activate, and it was 10 pm when the email arrived.

I found this in the email:

To check your remaining data allowance please send a SMS to 669 with the text “info ukrwg0”.

Does this mean to get the balance of minutes left and do you include the inverted commas?

It means what it says - texting info ukrwg0 (no ") to 669 gives you the remaining data allowance in your data bundle.

Afraid so, yes, it gives remaining data allowance only.

Did you activate today (Thursday)? This should update overnight and start reporting remaining data allowance correctly from later on this morning (Friday).

You have to email them for that,but to check ur data allowance you text  infoukrwg0  to 669
