One further question, I see you cannot set up an account, can you tell how many free units you are using during the month.

You can only check mins and texts by emailing them,but to check how much data you have left you text infoukrwg0 to 669 and they send text back. I imagine it just stops working when you run out

It is GREAT for free, but it is a little rough around the edges.

Anyone tried porting their number and how did it go?

Haven't got it working yet, they sent an email last night saying it was activated but still nothing this morning.

It turns out the old Nokia was the problem, SIM works fine in a newer Moto. All I've got to do now is teach my technophobe sister to use a modern phone, I'm not looking forward to this.

I sent email yesterday morning asking for free plan to be activated with number ported quoting required info, got reply 11 hours later confirming free plan activated, no mention about number porting, hasnt been ported, will try again using porting form

Number ports are not actioned over weekends (or public holidays). A request made over the weekend will probably be actioned on the following Tuesday (exceptionally can happen on the Monday if light request load).

I would dual SIM with a 321 option(O2 classic or 3 data reward) and swap once I ran out of the free stuff.

Or better, dual SIM with 1p mobile then swap when you go over.
