Just received my SIM and tried to set it up.
Clicking the email led to a blank email page, I put on there everything that was on the SIM card, ie all the numbers and my name .
Is that OK.
Do you get a reply email saying all is done?

The e mail they send you,u click on the red activate here box,whichever bundle u want,then u get a email saying its activated. I did not av 2 put the number in email,as email was associated with the number anyway0

When I clicked on the red box for the free bundle it took me to a blank outgoing email page to support at RWG. Give it time,it should arrive. Perhaps they busy,since i first mentioned them,bet they never had so many enquries. If not arrived by thursday, email them again1
