    Mine activated within 15 mins. Once activated, restart phone,and everything is fine

    Thanks for the thread. I am now ditching GiffGaff. A £10 giffgaff credit lasts me 3-4 months, so changing that to free = a £3/month saving.

    same for me email ->reply 14mins
    SMS to 669 with the text “info ukrwg0”. say 250MB

    has anyone tried changing bundles and going back to free?
    i have the Joyn set up and it is an option in there to change.
    some months I could use more data.

    Just received my SIM and tried to set it up.
    Clicking the email led to a blank email page, I put on there everything that was on the SIM card, ie all the numbers and my name .
    Is that OK.
    Do you get a reply email saying all is done?

  • The e mail they send you,u click on the red activate here box,whichever bundle u want,then u get a email saying its activated. I did not av 2 put the number in email,as email was associated with the number anyway

    When I clicked on the red box for the free bundle it took me to a blank outgoing email page to support at RWG. No more instructions.
    Now 45 mins since I sent the email, not yet connected.
    Edit Ah I see it took Gavinbaxter 1hr 24 mins

    Yes you need a cut from their free revenue!
    One further question, I see you cannot set up an account, can you tell how many free units you are using during the month.
