In dual SIM could combine with a 3 data SIM on 321 rates and anther 200MB a month

I use an O2 classic got last year(10p each Inc post).

They seem to be still available mine had an activate date of Nov 2021 might be worth a look as they will keep EU roaming for now.

  • Hi guys! I have a friend coming over in the following days from France and I was wondering if there is any way he can get an english phone number for the cheapest way possible? He doesn't need mega bites, he only will need the phone number(or Sim?) to make some calls/send SMS.

I've been reading this RWG but not sure if that's available anymore?

How long does your friend need a service? For a couple of weeks just get an Asda/GiffGaff/Lebara etc SIM at your local supermarket. Lebara has international minutes included if your friend wants to phone home.

RWG is still available but you are relying on Royal Mail for delivery.

  • Cheers mate! He is actually staying 2 days and he might not even need it, but he wants to have it just in case.
Will have a look at RWG, let's see what I can find!

Unless he's on a very restrictive plan on his home mobile it will probably be cheaper for him to roam for a couple of days rather than top-up a new brit SIM.

Rwg need a topup now, so you would be paying £5, unless you ordered a free sim and then when it arrived purchased the £2 teaser bundle (Which is the same as the free with £15 topup). You would then need to make sure it didn't recur next month.
That may be the best value for a few days' use, and you wouldn't need to pay anything until the sim arrived, so if it was delayed you wouldn't be out of pocket.
