Is it possible to use data on the free one?

    RWG FREE MOBILE

    50 mins, or SMS & 250MB data

     a month.

Yesterday I applied for the RWG SIM and the web page seemed to indicate that the details had been submitted, however I haven't received an email confirmation. Anyone know if this is normal because I'm not 100% sure if I submitted it correctly? Thanks.

I sent an email yesterday and haven`t received a reply yet.
I think they don`t work weekends.

Hang on until tomorrow to see if you get a confirmation.

The first email I got was the one saying that the SIM had been despatched.
Ditto, in fact it said "Mae'ch cerdyn SIM ar ei ffordd!"

Voicemail is on by default. To turn it off call 669,and listen 4 the option.
I tried that myself, but (unless I missed it!) I didn't notice an option to turn it off. However they turned it off very quickly after I sent an email request.

I'm not entirely sure whether calls to voicemail are taken out of your 'free' 50 minutes?

They aren't - voicemail is free to call.

So why would you want to switch it off? Pretty sure it's charged for elsewhere.

I never heard voicemail mentioned during the options either.
Sent an email on Sat to turn it off and received a reply this am that they had done so.
Seems the office team don`t work weekends.

I can`t find any mention anywhere that actually says voicemail is free.
But I don`t want it anyway.
