See here...On a phone it doesn’t show!

I’m replying on a phone right now as I am away! Long threads like this are nigh on impossible to get to page one on.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

My MP has finally replied to me saying he understands my concerns about the private parking industry trying to circumvent Sir Greg's bill and has passed on my letter to both Sir Greg and Robert Jennick.
Fingers crossed.7 -
After chasing up Mrs May, I have received this email from from her office
Thank you for your further email. I apologise for the delay in getting back to you.
Mrs. May’s office is currently dealing with a high volume of correspondence at this time.
As of yet Mrs. May’s office has not received a response regarding your case. That being said, Mrs. May has chased up this matter.
As soon as Mrs. May has received a reply I will, of course be back in touch.
I would imagine ALL MP's are struggling to get an answer from Robert Jenrick

Nothing happens quickly in Government circles, whether it's Members of Parliament, or the Civil Service.
However, the deadline for consultation responses is just over 24 hours away now, so last chance to get those responses filed with the MHCLG.
Charges capped at £50 (£80 in London) with 50% discount for prompt payment - yes we agree.
Debt Recovery Charges of £70 (or any amount at all) - a big fat NO. this is completely contrary to the intention of the Bill / Act, and does not reflect the will of Parliament, as shown in the debates leading to the passage of the Bill through both Houses, and supported by Members of all parties.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.5 -

I have completed the Consultation highlighting added costs of the POFA limit on costs and the risk of other laws in conflict with adding these so called costs of debt collection. I suggested that when the deterrent idea is used in the consultation it cannot be a deterrent when the keeper is held liable as in my case. The DVLA and ANPR system generated all of my PCNs that I have had directly or indirectly and therefore creating this problem.I highlighted if a PPC business model is reliant on PCNs rather than shared parking revenues with the owner of the land if applicable or fee from the owner for running the car park, then there should be a means of limiting their ability to issue PCNs.5

I had a prompt reply from my MP who spoke in the debates in favour of the bill . My MP seems to get the added debt costs issue too.5
