Also an independent body is needed because the BPA, Popla, IPC are pointless- they are nothing more than a one sided members club kangaroo court!
The BPA pretend to be driving standards upwards but are part of driving standards down3 -

I have been helping family members fight 5 parking charges issued between 2015 and 2019, all of which are still live. Three MP’s have been contacted and provided with a chronological account of each case; three family members have also submitted individual online surveys.
As all the cases are still live, sending in actual evidence would identify the defendants. Would redacted documents be deemed “supporting evidence”?3 -
I have just done mine.
Did you send evidence of your experience and was it redacted, or a facsimile of the original?2 -
You can certainly send redacted evidence. They do want evidence of what people say, such as the proof that the IPC Conference Exhibitors page was changed to remove ‘no win no fee’.Looks like that edit was done on the very same day the IPC created a new CoP that upped the false costs to £70.To anyone struggling to get to p1 of this thread because of the awful MSE default to ‘latest’ as soon as you’ve clicked on a thread more than once... there might be an easier way but just copy and paste the URL into a new tab and remove ‘#latest’.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

After seeing this thread in my recent searches for dealing with a Letter Before Claim, I have just completed the consultation document on-line.I didn't attach anything but detailed company names, PCN numbers and dates of harassing debt collecting letters as well as my objection to the additional charges added to the initial Penalty Charge.I also endorsed the suggestion I read here that the charges should not be doubled until any appeal or dispute resolution process has fully completed. If the appeal fails, then I thought it's reasonable to increase the Penalty Charge if the original is not paid within a reasonable time frame.3
