What mustn't happen is that debt recovery/admin fees are accepted in principle and set at a nominal figure as we all know what will happen and the "nominal" figure will shoot up every year due to increased fictional costs of collecting debt by not paying a no-win-no fee outfit! The only possible acceptable outcome is that "debt admin" remains unlawful, being against POFA, Beavis and CRA (and moral standards) and stated so by DLUHC or whatever Government is called next week. After all, the motoring public have spoken - in two separate independent consultations - despite the parking industry trying to derail and side-track the outcome. <<<Steps off soapbox - sigh>>>6

Writing to my MP expressing deep concern that government are not listening and the wrong decision at this stage by Mr Gove and Mr O'Neil will be a disaster for the voting public.

Not only to my MP but with Bcc, copies to Boris and many other MP's from both parties.
