Only a few days left to take action2

Quite a long series of questions but well worth doing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD2 -
I have reminded Mrs May. I have asked if Robert Jenrick has replied ?
I also pointed out that in her constituency there are many parking operators who attack her voters every day2 -
Maybe I am doing something wrong but I can’t get on the thread for this ?0

You need to go back to page 1 of this 20-page thread, and all the links are in the first post. If you're trying to do this on a mobile phone, I don't think that will work very well, you need to be on a laptop.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.5 -

It seems pointless having car parks where there is payment by app when drivers cannot get a signal.
A very valid point and also to add for those writing to their MP
So many private car parks use different parking apps. Often you cannot get a signal, yet there is no alternative means of payment. Also, I don't want to transfer my credit card details across a potentially unsecure network.
Our local railway station car park has just gone down this route and removed all the credit card and cash options.3 -
Do we know if it's midnight on Friday 27th that it closes?0

I have been helping family members fight 5 parking charges issued between 2015 and 2019, all of which are still live. Three MP’s have been contacted and provided with a chronological account of each case; three family members have also submitted individual online surveys.
As all the cases are still live, sending in actual evidence would identify the defendants. Would redacted documents be deemed “supporting evidence” ?

I have just done mine. Was a good experience to vent my frustrations.
My main concerns are Debt firms NEED regulation, unlawful Double recovery must stop, the aggressively worded misleading quoting of Beavis etc .
Also an independent body is needed because the BPA, Popla, IPC are pointless- they are nothing more than a one sided members club kangaroo court!
Plus discretion, common sense and proportionality are needed. As is accountability and transparency which there is zilch of!
I've forwarded the link onto other people o know why how fell victim to this predatory "industry".4
