I do think that there should be a simple plan on the terms and conditions board showing where other ticket machines are located.
If a ticket machine is not working and there is not another machine the ticket should be cancelled. They are not always easy to locate especially if they are just the metal box with no signage.

MPs will have the last say on how the sector has tried to circumvent the Will of Parliament expressed in the Parking (Code of Practice) Act 2019.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I am going to write a letter to a Minister about the introduction of parking on private land into the theory part of the driving test.
Young people often get caught out and as many of them are transient (university, first jobs etc.) they can end up with a CCJ which will be a blight on their young lives.
Would I write to Grant Shapps?

Yes, I believe it would be Transport that would be the relevant department for driving test-related matters, so Grant Shapps.Jenni x5
