Orange Retention Offers
Comments

I'm planning on giving Orange a phone tomorrow to discuss an improved deal. Do I ask to get put through to retentions straightaway or do I tell them what I want first and see what they say? I just went onto a contract last year and it is up in a couple of months. Am happy with most of it but just want to tweak it a bit. I'd ideally like to stay with them as they've treated me well but am prepared to move if I don't get what I'm looking for.0

Just phone up and say you are looking for your upgrade and ask whats available.0

For me the best camera is on the iphone ... however as i don't like the iphone the best camera at the moment on android is with the Samsung Galaxy s2.
This is from the reviews I've read. Not really played with either too much, but i must say that i am a big android fan.“Time is intended to be spent, not saved” - Alfred Wainwright0 -
Nokias usually have the best cameras by a long shot
(pun intended) I have a S2 and the camera is fine.

Have a look on here http://www.mobilephonechecker.co.uk/mobile-contract-deals/ to see what deals you can get, then see if orange can match it.0

Orange retentions have offered me
HTC Sensations
24 month contract
400 minutes calls (more than I need)
750mb internet
unlimited texts
2 swapables apps
£26 a month
Free phone
Is this a good deal? I wanted an 18 month contract but so far they wont give me the phone free on an 18 month contract.
Can I do better than the above with Orange if I push them do you think?:A0 -
I think it's a pretty ordinary deal unless you are eager to stay with Orange.
500+1500/Unltd+1G is available for £25 with £30-£60 cashback: http://www.moneysupermarket.com/mobile-phones/brands/htc/sensation/
Also, there are £60+12x£30 deals. If you switch to £10 sim-only tariff after 12 months it will make it on average £22.5 p.m. over 2 years (ignoring the cashback).0
