Orange Retention Offers

Thanks for that.

Phoned them on way home and managed to get all data costs refunded as I said that it was part of my contract. When the guy checked and said I was out of contract I asked why they hadn't contacted me to discuss renewing it like they normally do

He said that was unusual and had a look before saying he would refund all the data costs :j

He then suggested speaking to the loyalty dept and got offered the same as I was one previously

my contract is due in 2 months do i just cancel on the 21 nov 1 months notice and wait for them to ring

If you log on to your account, it should tell you whether you can upgrade yet, if you can then ring up and ask them what they can do. I was on Dolphin 25 and they said it was £199 for the handset if I stayed on that contract!

when i spoke to orange i have been with them for 18 months they stae that it depends on how long people have been with them in respective of the discoun that they canoffer at renewal

i have been withthem for 18 months and they have offered me

samsung s2 for £106

600 mins and un texts and 1gb web for £20 per month

have some people been able to get the cost of the phone free due to the amount of years that they have been with orange

i might take the offer but have been told that i will have to pay for the phone upfornt and they wont add it to my next bill

Bill i was with Orange 9 years and they offered me a free S2 but i got a lot better deal of Tesco and have been very happy with the phone and service to date

I got the S2 free yesterday, i've been with orange for about 3 years.

I also got 150 mins, unlimited texts and 1gb for £20 a month. It's not many mins, but more than enough for what I use. I was paying £30 a month before, but had 250 mins then.
