I was on the panther 35 reduced already to 25£.

Used approx 145 mins and 245 texts with about 15mb data (I'm connected to a lot of wifi zone)

I asked for the

Htc hd desire.

Is this a good deal?

This is an OK deal. You should be able to get better.. Easily a free phone atleast..

I'm only on tier 2 (I'm a low user)

Not too worried about a free phone just didn't want to pay 35£ a month when I don't use a lot of money, I know if I had went for a higher monthly bill probably would have got it for free or even the 24 month contract, she did at first say the phone was 200£.

I was a tier 1 user and i got a 18 month deal on HTC Desire HD for 156£. 10.21£ per month for 400 mins, 300 txts, unlimited landline, 500MB internet..

Read through the forum. People on £25 or above have got similar deals as you with a free phone. Push as much as you can. Different people offer different deals. good deals tend to come in the last month of the contract!

I paid £156 for the handset. but overall it meant £339 odd for the contract. The handset was sold fro 330£.. so the contract costed me £9

That's good I'm about £320 for the contract and phone then.

I rang about my mums contract but because it finnished a couple of weeks ago, the loyalty discounts she had disappeared so they were unable to do a deal for her... so she has got now a SIM Only deal, 100 Texts, Unlimited Landlines and 300 Mins for £10er... the girl said if I wait a few months and call back, they may be able to do a deal?

well just rang retentions for the last time as got my pac code last week and been given yet another rubbish offer

£69 - HTC desire
200 mins
unlim text
500mb internet

£23 per month which again is no better than they are offering on line...

for sim only £10 300 mins, unlim texts

totally rubbish deals so I am off....grrr..could do without the hassle:mad: but oh well
