    You're better off taking it in and then arranging a return. The carrier will return it (in the end). But Orange won't know why it's come back and they'll add time before its sorted out and until it is you can't upgrade again.

    Take it, call them and tell them you don't like/want it. They'll give you a returns number and send you a post bag to send it back which will give you an audit trail for it.

    Just rang them and the guy said it was fine and to refuse delivery. I had to pay last time to send it back so I'll be saving a bit of money. Think I'll wait a month or so for the galaxy s2

    That's a plus then. They must have tightened up the system, it used create all kind of problems when phones were refused.

    Thats a Brilliante Deal Amy! Congratulations and Happy Savings... It would really help fellow MSE'ers if you could provide details on your old contract and what month of your contract u went for the above offer.

    I'm currently in the last few months of my contract (expires end of April), paying £20 per month for 300 mins, unlimited texts and internet.

    I have a Blackberry that is only 6 months old, so I'm considering calling when my contract is about to expire and trying to get a rolling deal for a few months. I saw on here someone got a similar package to me for £5 a month?!

    Or, would it be more beneficial to call when my contract is about to expire and see what new contract they'll offer me? If so, what kind of deal should I be looking for? Ideally want to pay less than I do now, definitely not more, but with decent phone if it has to last 18/24 months.

    Thanks!
  • just been into orange shop regarding an upgrade, offered me;
