Apparently the phone crashes quite severely when the camera is running alongside certain other Orange applications no doubt!
Why do they have to b@stardise their handsets? Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -

Stinky Orange software, always causing phones to crash. Alas I think this may be a Nokia problem this time. In the meantime I shan't hold thy breath for a resolution0 -

I just rang up now pretending to be a new customer - they had some HD's in stock! Then I told them, actually im an existing customer...erm sorry no you can't have it, these are for new customers only! !!!!!! so annoyed.
Phoned up Phones 4 u, they offered me 18months @ 25, but with 300mins less than the 24 @22.50 i have been offered direct with orange. Not sure whether to take the 18 month contract with 300 less or hold out for orange to get them in stock. Might phone carphone warehouse in a bit see what they can offer me!Saph

Just got off the phone with Orange upgrades and got the following deal:
400 mins,
Unlimited texts,
Unlimited internet (500mb FUP),
Unlimited e-mails,
Orange care insurance,
FREE HTC Desire in Black,
24 months,
£26 per month.
Originally quoted £50 for the phone and no insurance and still having 3 months left on my contract I wasn't in the position to request my PAC code and threaten to leave. However after some friendly banter about the BB Curve 8900 (current phone), I asked if he could better the deal and he came up with the above. Result. Was also told the Desire came in stock today on "free flow" for the first time.0 -

Next time ask for your PAC code and say its because they wont give you the phone despite it being in stock.0 -
