I get 200 mins Unlimited texts and free 500mb internet on Sim only for £14.96, The internet is a mistake so i don't want to upgrade cause i think they'd remove it :-(
  • When you get a new phone you have 7 days cooling off period. Is that 7 working days or just normal days?
    Cheers, RS

Has anyone had any success using these methods on upgrade for a solo business account with Orange? if yes, was it through the normal 345 number or a different number?

7 normal days from the day you recieve the phone. You just need to call CS if you wish to cancel and they'd send you the address to return the phone back to.

You need to contact business CS the guys in domestic CS can't do anything on business acc.
The rules (and t&c's) are completely different.

    Hi

Orange have just offered me a free nokia 5800 on a 24 month contract of £13.50 a month giving me 100 minutes, unlimited text and 80mb of web access.

Can anyone please tell me if this is good. I am a bit worried as the girl I spoke to said the phone only had a 12 month warranty but I would have the phone for 2 years so what if it broke in month 13!!!!

    Thanks

    Hi

Just thought I would let you know, I phoned orange today to disconnect and have accepted (24 month contract):

    nokia 5800 free
12 months of nokia music downloads free
    100 mins a month
    unlimited text a month
80mb of internet a month and
15 picture messages free a month

    for £12.24 a month

    :T:T:T:T

I will have my phone on Friday.

How many months into a 24 month contract can you lower your tariff?

If i was to get the iphone on a £44 p/m deal + £7.50 unlimited texts to get the phone for free instead of paying £87 for the handset. When could i reduce my tariff ... even if it was after 6 months i would be saving £27 and i wouldn't have to pay an initial sum

It's after 12 months I think you can lower it on a 24mth contract
  • Is this a good deal?

I just got this phone for free.

£24.87 per month, 800 mins, u/l internet and u/l text.
