Orange Retention Offers

The entire point of the phone is social networking and email, it's constantly connected to the internet, it's going to get through alot of data, I really don't think 80mb will be enough if the phone is used to it's full potential, it's just under 3mb per day, definately monitor it
80 might not suit everyone - but it's plenty for my use! I have mobile broadband and a netbook so will only use phone surfing for convienience when on the move.
MORPH3US:
Being a gadget freak the Dext is keeping me happy:j it's really simply to use, has some nice apps (the spirit level amused me for ages and the Zombie locator on google maps will come in useful I'm sure).
The Motoblur feature which adds all your Facebook and Twitter friends to your contact list could be useful for some.... but I've over 3800 FB friends (thanks to M afia Wars) and it took me a while to get my 'real friends' into a favourites list!
Only had it 2 days but I'm enjoying it so far.... nice re-sale price on ebay too:DSome days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree!0 -
Trying to sort out wife's renewal.
Currently on £20 pm (discounted from £35), 700 x network minutes, unlimited landline , 100 texts. Don't use anywhere near 700 x nte mins( guess about 150-200 max)
Was offered 400 mins, unlimited landline and 200 texts with SE W595 or Nokia 6303.
what I want is to reduce montly line rental to £15(said they couldn't do it), reduce x net mins to 300/400 and keep unlimited landline. not too bothered about phone.
I've read recent posts and the deal offered doesn't seem too good. Can I keep current deal going with new handset(old SE playing up)?0 -
Hi Pacman - I renewed in September and am getting 400 xnetwork minutes, unlimited landline, 100 texts and 250mb of data with a Nokia 6303 for a few pence under £10 a month on an 18 month contract. I was well happy, but it did take a few phone calls to get this.0

Wondering if you can advise.
Ended my latest 18 Month contract with orange.
Offered
Sony Ericsson Satio (for £30)
800 x network minutes
300 texts
free calls to landlines
internet (10,000 pages per month- can't remember amount)
for £25/ month
I refused to pay for phone (and they wouldn't budge) so I requested PAC number.
Want a Satio for the camera and because the reviews are pretty good.
Have I cut my nose off?0 -

New phones are at premium in the first month or so, the chance of getting a really good deal are slight because so many people want one. Wait til after Christmas, they'll be doing good deals on them then.
You don't have to use your pac just because you've been sent it. After 30 days it expires and your contract continues . . .0 -

Hi, just thought I'd let you all know that I rang up to cancel my Orange contract which was due for renewal (was paying £25/month for 400 Landline mins, 300Xnet mins, 75tx & Home Broadband) & straight away they offered me unlimited Landline mins, 800Xnet mins, 300tx, unlimited mobile internet & Home broadband for £14.69/month plus a Sony Ericsson W995 for £47. Just think this is a very good deal & it shows it pays to give them a call & request your PAC code, if I hadn't my original tariff would have just dropped to £22.50? :j
