Orange Retention Offers

With abit of negotiation and tact, just reminded them of all the things they have done wrong e.g. one month they charged me "non orange" prices for calls made to orange.
I've never had any problems with the service to be honest, how much do you pay a month now and do you get free broadband?0 -
£31.50 with free itemised billing and voicemail.0

I called Orange to get my PAC for transferring over to Vodafone and there was no questions asked. All they said was that it will be sent in the post.
Is this normal?0 -
You do have to be on a contract of at least £30 per month to get the free broadband, but they get round this by "re-crediting" your account each month with £10, so it actually costs £20 per month, and you still get the broadband.0

I've just come off the phone with orange premier (got upgraded 1/2 way into contract - don't know whether that means i'm considered a good customer) my current 18mth Canary 30 is due to end on Friday. I only really want the HTC TyTnII. They offered me Racoon 35 package (same as for new customers i.e 800min /100txt /unlimited landline. But they will throw the phone in for free - usually £89.99. The plan would suit me, but I would prefer to pay less. Also O2 have better plan with free voicemail / free itemised billing / 1mb data allowance but with the phone at £89.99.
- Should I also be entitled to a loyalty discount if I stay with Orange
- With no other network currently offering TyTnII for free I don't see that I have much of a bargaining tool for anymore extras.
- Would O2 be likely to match free phone offer if I was moving to them as a new customer?

if this is your first upgrade you'll get 10% off, 2nd renewal 15%, 3rd 20% & 4th 25% off ( 25% is the max )
Orange payg--->contract customers are bagging the 10% at the mo for staying & migrating to contract, which gave me £3.50 off my contractSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0
