Tried again as suggested. Spoke to different person and still no joy. I have given my 30 days notice. and will look around. Any advice welcome.

no call back ask for PAC, they dont mind a cancel contract they hate you PAC out to another network.......
then ask what what deals are available to stay while they sort out your PACSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -
Please try to bear in mind that while it is incredibly frustrating to try and get the deal you want and be told "no", it's not guaranteed to be because the operator is a jobsworth. It MIGHT be, or it could be that they really can't give you everything you want due to the system.
I would say give it a few tries, and if you don't really want to leave, then get your PAC instead of setting 30 day notice in place... that way you can just let the PAC run out if you don't find the deal you want elsewhere right away.On the up

I have been offered:
600 mins unlimited texts for £30 per month
Free Sony Ericcson K850i or LG Viewty with 2 gb memory card thrown in
Free 18 months phone insurance
Is this any good and what phone would you go for?0 -
