Orange Retention Offers

Was on a £35 contract with free bb, without even going through retentions I have now got 900 xnet, 100txts, unlimited LL kept my free BB and took a new Samsung G600 on 18mth for £25. If I left I would have to pay at least £15 for the BB taking into account the phone is worth in region of £160-£170 its not a bad deal without the further need to go through retentions. Quite happy with this.Never had any problems with the BB and speed of 8 meg

Contract runs out this sunday gave them 30 days notice i thought they'd start ringing me by now with some good offers but nothing yet maybe when i ring to ask for the pac?
I'm on Dolphin 35 £35 a month can any1 recommend some good phone which i can look at upgrading to? currently got a N73 which i like but maybe a bit old now orange haven't got the N95 black What offers do you think i can get been with them for 3 years and my line rental is always £35

I think i,m right in saying that Orange do not ring you offering deals.

I have JUST had a call from them asking me to stay with them they are ringing back in an hour, they are offering 15% off my tariff for life, however I only want a 12month contract so they will only offer me 100mins and 50texts. Plus a new phone of my choice. I will haggle a bit more when they ring back. I want more mins than that. LOL.

I have just come to the end of my orange contract and have been offered a great deal. I have got 500mins, unlimited text and a magic number for £15 a month, this is normally £35 a month, so over the next 18 months im saving £360!!! Beats dialaphone any day of the week!

I have got a new lg viewty beign delivered today, i could have my choice of any phone except the nokia N95 but i wasnt bothered about this. All i did is tell them i wanted to give my 30 days notice, when they asked me why i said i had a friend who worked for tmobile and was giving me one of his half price friends and family tariff which was 15 quid. they agreed to match it. it was surprisingly quite easy. so thankyou orange.

Dont know if using my "tmobile line" will help others but its worth a try?

I've just spoke to orange and they offered me a LG Viewty for £15 for the first 9 months then 9 months at £25 with 600 minutes & unlimited texts she said based on my points i was at 94% as i kept trying for £15 i agreed in the end but the phones out of stock & i'm waiting for a text to ring them shall i try for the £15 a month T-mobile offer am i contracted to them again or does it start when i recieve the phone as i've still got to go ring them back up?

Well just treid the t-mobile approach and they wouldnt give it me so i asked for Pac Code thinking they'd offer me something but they gave me the code doh!! no im screwed any ideas????

If you really don't want to leave at the moment just leave the pac expire, its valid for 30 days and try again after 30 days.

can i ring back 2mos and see if they'll still give me the original deal bit worried they wont now lol will just say changed my mind
