well one upgrade or not your 10% loyalty should have been for a 12 month contract, and 15% discount on rewnewal for another 12 months from Aug 07.... the 1000 mins is a good deal for £35, sounds like a Panther plan to me with £10 off instead of 15% , i'd say ask them is it Panther - if so any handset on web that is free with Panther 45 you should BAG IT free, id still complain to exec office after rewnewal of your treatment surrouding E50

Panther plans have 24/7 Premier customer care, 150 angd staight through to a human...no menu options

i was surprised how easily they allowed me to cancel, acceptted it with no problem, thing is these offers are never that great, I am collecting airmiles so I can get 400ish miles joining vodafone or anyone thru the link by going thru the airmiles website.

Yes it does! Right at the start it states that the Discount Line Rental Promotion is subject to the additional "Our Customers First" terms, which clearly state (condition 5.4) that the 12 or 18 month minimum contract period is extended by 6 months if you also choose a handset upgrade.
