the 2000 x mins added to my dolphin 35 direct plan ( 550 mins 3000 txts ) the 2000 bonus mins was for customers that were going PAC for the o2 promo: 2000 o2 to o2 mins only on 18 month contracts thru disconnections, I got mine extended 18 months when I was going to leave in August over the 07744 changes 12 months in to contract - they offered me an 18 month extention with N95 for same plan & same price

I guess most eople got greedy over the 07744 issue & left - I contested to the highest level & won PAC issued : PAC ran out ( Voda messed up PAC ) called for a new one and scored the above when I explained 3000 texts & 500 mins were avail on Voda at the same price as Orange BUT Stop the Clock made my mins last further than Orange's extra 50 mins - they offered my deal on above renewal.....maybe try the Voda approach - Orange won big time keeping me happy, they bagged another 2 18 month contracts within 3 months, both great deals with 180 credit to the account

had problems with broadband of late and Unique but Exec office sorted it all out - STARS that they are, Jan bill is going to be sent for recalculation due to no Unique mobile working & broadband down meaning all my FREE homecalls via LIVEBOX became chargable, refunds to accounts for 0870 Orange offices line numbers which rightfully so I deserve - they offered without me asking

Orange has its problems granted, rule of thumb 1) stay calm, if you are angry reassure the person on the phone its not them you are angry at - your just annoyed at it not being sotred AGAIN - ask rep to sort issue, if they cant ask escilate to a manager ( never accept a call back - it rarely happens, tell them you will HOLD ) take all names/team numbers/extentions/times & dates of calls - if they all fail you fax full explanations and how you have tried to resolve it with as much detail as poss to the executive office on 0870 3748129, emailing the exec office takes longer as it is high volume email and widely known on the internet & the team have an admin person to allocate emails as there is that many recieved - they are a small team & overworked - they know the problems since France Telecom took over, and they know the Chief Exec office does not act on thier feedback, poor souls - if your frustrated imagine how Exec Office feel day in day out.........sorting basic customer care issues & being ignored on feedback from TOP DOGS, I remember the days of 1 call on payg - SORTED, now on contract I get transferred here to there to there to here @ times, France Telecom policies are ruining what once was THEE UK's customer service/mobile products flagship mobile company Orange, just like Abbey its became a CASH COW foranother european company...the £'s the best currency any UK division of a company can have to plug holes in leaky financial international divisions/prop the share price, so outsourcing saves £'s = cheaper = bad customer care

if 3 had one UK call centre thier market share would jump, " oh no India " = hang up & call back.....

well drawing closer to my contract end date 4th feb...they have offered me 1000 mins and unlimited texts or landline or orange calls for £35 with limited handset choices available.

So am not sure what to do?????

1000 mins for £35 is good ask for some texts and some landlines, youll never use 3000 of either, have a laugh with disconnetions person " do you think im buzby ? lol "


today mate got Racoon 35 800mins, 3000 txts and 300 landline mins with 180 credit and latest SE like on the website and the loyalty 10% off for staying Orange, say my mate but was me who called LOL

everyday50 is 12 months only, 18month conracts were not even thought about !!! if Orange said it was only on 18 months thats crap ! & they cant make you give up that plan, i'd ask for reduction in the plan for no handset and buy a payg

August 06 i was put on a 18month contract still on everyday 50 with the sony ericcson w810i but its a rubbish tariff in the day and age of cross network mins :-S

if you dont mind a number change sell Everyday 50 on ebay - usually goes for £70+ & you transfer to new owner, Id call 150 and make a serious complaint that your everyday 50 was changed to 18 months - it only ever existed on 12 month terms & Orange cannot change that or remove the plan from you and you request compensation for being stuck in 6 months past your TERM

get a new deal on the website with 180 credit, ebay or port number to payg on another network then port back in to new contract if you feel disconnections not doing you justice

call 150 & compalin about 18 month everyday 50 contract 1st before you do anything ( if everyday 50 was ever available on 18 months contracts many people on here & other place would have it as a plan - it does not exist, disconnections have forced you through the system as such & should never have done so )

but 10% loyalty for rewnewal should not change the 12 month term to 18 months - everyday50 NEVER existed as a 18 month contract & if Orange wanted to do that they would have to inform the customer this, which boundfully so a customer could refuse & demand the renewals bonus upto 25%, as far as Im aware there is no exclusions for the 10% then 5% per contract period upto 25% on everyday 50 plans - E50 that term is per annum not per annum & a half

i have a feeling disconnetions have lied to customer about E50 only being available at upgrade on 18 months which is utter shi*e, lying to loyal customers is not something an respectable company does & id ask any customer to challenge Orange who were lied too, noone asked Orange to bring E50 out - if they lose money on it - that was Orange's stupidity, why a loyal customer should be lied/misled to thier dis-advantage beggers belief, disconnections are known to have lied to customers they could not get off or force off E50

it does, you can get a phone upgrade for 12m on same talkplan
or 18m for same talkplan with 10% off the line rental the fact it was traditionally a 12m contract is irrelevant you get 10% discount because of a longer minimum term

they would ahve informed him/given him the option when he upgraded if they didnt thats a different issue
