Dont know if this will help but just something to consider when upgrading the mins no longer roll over on orange, i found this out the hard way when i upgraded and took out a new contract thinking rollover was still in place and when i queried it once i had recieved my statement orange had done away with rollover on new contracts, but if i have waited a couple of weeks and upgraded my other contract then i would still have rollover. The more i save the more i can spend:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0

Orange Unique
Nokia 6086 is buggy as hell confirmed from technical. 2nd replacement HELL, this phone was the launch phone and no wonder Unique flopped and has 3 priceplan restructures now and how now they offer any Animal plan now with a Unique phone, take the Samsung with 180 credit or Nokia 6031 with no credit * AVOID NOKIA 6086 at all costs *
Orange 150 dont have a clue about Unique ! Unique support is 157, it took me 3 hours to find that out on phone to 150 & 3 times at that ! 150 passed me to broadband to there to here to there to *here ( you get the picture )
that was *helpdesk in Plymouth they took 1h 15 mins from 150 transferring me ( as 150 were stumped who deals with me ) to them & we eventually ended up at 157 ( nice guy at helpdesk just it took his whole dept to suss I had to go to 157 )
Unique - how to uniquely !!!! a customer off ! great product on paper, poor support as 150 dont even know 157 is where to direct you - 157 support fantastic although they are stumped with my problem on hold off/on/off/on - again you get the picture, but 157 knew there stuff even if everything they threw at me I had already tried
157 have put a report through and calling me back ( just did while typing ) but they are dispatching replacement 6086 now so tommorrow night if problem is still there thry are going to replace my handset with Nokia 6301, as its a default 3rd replacement
I hold no hope the 6086 will work for a third time !
Samsung was never dispatched from 150 but noted on system ?? so my parcel I assumed was from Orange is from somewhere else that they couldnt deliver ( i like parcels i dont pay for)
so all in im happish, 6031 will be dispatched tommorrow night if this replacement 8086 is the same as other two :T
Full report on my Unique terrible experience going to my contact at Orange's executive office
157 close @ 10pm mon-friSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -
where have you heard this?
only one i know of is loyalty discount which is 10% off the first year then 5% off for each year after in which case they may be able to get 10% if they dont already have the discount, also it is only available to customers in the last 3 months of their contract usually
R your correct, thought was 5% each upgrade up to maximum 25% over the upgrade years, but starts at 10% on your first upgrade on a minimum 12 month contract
