I personally don't think its much to do with decor, I mean the bathroom is of acquired taste I must admit but it certainly wouldn't put me off buying at all.....at the right price. The rest of the house is beautiful and I love your kitchen. I agree with the majority....you need to lower your price

It's a lovely house from the inside. The décor is a little bit daring, but nothing that would stop people from buying it at the right price and it has a lovely modern kitchen, so a big plus. Like others have said it's overpriced and FTBs often look at zoopla evaluation and you house comes up around 220k. You can register your house with zoopla and add all the improvements you have made, currently it comes up as 2 bed. That will bump up the evaluation, but you of course still need to bring the price down.

Plenty of supply in the area and Property Log showing price cuts up to 50k, could it be lack of demand?
There is no supply, 1 mile for 3 beds any price

    For sale 13/108 SSTC

Post your RM link that shows this supply

    I really like your decor.

But if you are getting no viewings then 99% of the time it’s the price that’s putting people off.

Even if decor isn’t to someone’s tastes they will still go and view a house as decor can be changed. But if the price seems too high then they won’t waste their time.

Also is the annexe liable for separate council tax? That can put people off as they see it as an extra hassle.

We had council coming out and they did not counted it as a separate council tax. Its just a garage conversion.

Love those split faced mosaics in the kitchen, where did you get them? We want something like that for the outside of our house!  Love the shower room tiles too, where did you get them?

Personally dont like houses where you walk into the living room, bedrooms are strange especially the long narrow one. Kitchen and bathroom are horrible IMO. Dont like the fact theres no bath. Then you get to the end of the photos and the Annex bathroom just looks really cheap. Any house will sell for the right price though...

I mean im pretty sure OP didn't make a thread saying "rip my house to shreds" 😂 christ almighty. We might all think your house is crap shall we have have opinion on that?!

House decor/layout is subjective. Everyone has different tastes. I get the bath issue, but just ripping apart the house I don't agree 🤣🙈
To be fair, I think the OP is here because they want some feedback on why they're not getting viewings, and things like that (which admittedly they may not be able to do much about) will come into it. And if it does have these drawbacks, it may be ambitious to expect any sort of premium price.
