Good luck with the viewings. On the plus side, whilst some of the decor is a bit "unusual" the people who have booked to view have already seen it, it's up front, they aren't going to walk in and say "oh" they will have already weighed up the ins and outs of keeping it, changing it etc. I'm viewing to buy at the moment and i've found quite a few times the photos on the advert don't do the property justice, not sure if it's because EA's have been so busy and therefore maybe not taking quite as much time as normal with the photo's etc as most houses are "selling themselves".28th April - MIP submitted and issued

I’ve noticed a lot of EA recently doing away with floorplans as well. It’s incredibly annoying as the floorplan forms an important part of the vision for me.
The house we’re in the process of buying had 8 photos for a 4 bed. However 4 of those pictures were outside and there weren’t any photos of the upstairs at all. They’ve definitely got lazy recently.1 -
The decor and lack of bath wouldn't put me off but the weird spaces (but then I do like symmetrical things) and two long but very thin bedrooms would. One 6ft 8" bedroom is acceptable in a 3 bed house but two?
I'm generally a bath person, or was before disability took that pleasure away.....I love your bathroom set up, colour not quite to my taste but I would live with it. The real bonus for me would be the additional space offered in the annex, would be ultra handy for a family set up like mine as a music room/office/chill out area/ wheelchair accessible area for downstairs living for me.We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.1 -
OP - if the viewings don't lead to anything then would suggest you get the EA to do new photo's. As soon as I saw the ridiculous overuse of wide angle in the annex interior photo it got me wondering where else the photo's have been doctored.

The house is well presented - the décor won't be to everyone's taste but it looks as though it has been done to a decent quality.
I'm not sure how typical I am, but when I was looking for a houses I didn't chose not to view when I didn't care for the decoration, but I did take that into account when looking at price - as any offer I might make would take into account that I would want to change things.
I think the lack of a downstairs loo and the very narrow bedrooms may be a bit off putting - I also think it would be helpful if the photos were labelled - especially the pictures of the bedrooms and the annex.
I don't think the photos or the description are great, but I don't think that's going to have prevented people viewing,All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)1 -

The photos are OK but even with the 20k price reduction it is still over-priced IMO.0

Still waiting for your link to the supply or is it just another thing you have made up.0 -
No supply (if you only search a tiny area) and no viewings simply means little demand, or little demand at the price.0
