Lack of bath wouldn't put me off as such as I'd consider that I could put one in at the right price but the conversion would put me off. Personally, we desire a garage for storage and workshopping etc and we instantly disregard any house who has converted the garage into living space. I think there are a lot of people who look past the deco as they would put their own stamp on the place anyway.

Maybe they would if they could adequately view the property so everyone knows they are not wasting the others time.

The only properties near me that show a limited set of pictures are those where there is a lot to hide!    I viewed a few and quickly realised WHY there were only pictures of half the rooms!

A lot of people will see price and location and still jump in the car though, without seeing more detailed plans?
