Could you be more specific on this? From within a discussion, at the top we have the breadcrumbs that show which board you're in...we also have the board titles at the top of the board list pages.

If we've missed something, though, please do let us know...we are happy to address any feedback.

Is this the way it’s meant to be? It looks broken. I’m on an iPad and I have to zoom out to fill the screen now.

Seems a shame as was a good source of income, get the feeling the real reason is so MSE can make more of referrals itself than sharing it amongst its users, which even if (or if not the case) it is a shame.

I think even if the forum still existed but only mods/Admins could create the topics, like the Wealthify and endless crypto and money transfer ones once they'd been verified then users could make a bit extra money.

Before any big change like this we do run several rounds of interviews with members, surveying, usability testing and the likes.

We can't do that with every member, unfortunately, but we do use a random, representative sample of our monthly active members each time to make sure we consider a wide range of views.

We do our best to balance it and we know we'll never get it 100% right for everyone...which is why we are now inviting even more feedback through the feedback form.

Above all, no one at MSE believes the Forum is (or ever will be) 'finished'.

I know how to make the forum usable again, but I'm not allowed to post it - the MSE Police will simply nuke my post. 🙄

Whatever format any of the pages is altered to I for one  am just grateful to have the MSE boards in existence, never more so than during the last year while the pandemic has curtailed all of our social lives because without it life would have been a great deal more difficult than it has, the isolation would have been unbearable.  So changes of format or not THANK YOU!

This is not an improvement - moving the menu from the right hand side to the left hand side - bear in mind we read from left to right & we are able to disregard items on the right whilst we are reading posts in a thread.

Very disappointing.

I am on an iPad atm. Cannot see any breadcrumbs, and the board title vanishes as soon as there is more than one or two posts.
