UPDATE: I fell in love with one of the houses, according to EA unlikely to be a bidding war. They do want more than the asking price. Decisions on how much to offer....1

I found this property on the Rightmove Android app and wanted you to see it: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property/109415729
So if any of you kind people can help me figure out how much to offer I'd appreciate it

Getting her story straight would probably be a sensible first step too instead of drop-feeding changing information.lookstraightahead said:You're not really getting anywhere. I think you need to shift your focus.

There's no changing my story, I've always been honest, nothing has changed and my current reality is what it is.GeordieGeorge said:

Oh I really liked that house @mrsmortgage. Bedroom each for kids, will the piano fit in conservatory and enough room to have your office in there too?Looks lovely. No idea on price.0

No idea about the piano, it could for, but would it be the right environment for it is a separate question. The office can definitely be in the conservatory.UnderOffer said:Oh I really liked that house @mrsmortgage. You are out of date.Tokmon said:MysteryMe said:If the pandemic proved anything, it is that people who are often viewed as being disposable in low paid work are actually the most important.
The job role's are important but the people are generally disposable because low paying jobs tend to be one's that almost anyone can do, so there isn't any shortage of workers to replace someone if they are let go.1 -
Personally I’d go in at asking price and go from there. What’s the point of having an asking price if it isn’t actually what they want!? They can’t be offended by you offering what’s been advertised. Deffo no chance of bidding war? How long has it been on the market for?

It has only been on the market for a week. But this EA books all viewings a week later on the same day. This is our 4-5th viewing with them. He thinks they want more than the asking price, but did change his tune during that conversation (started saying they wanted something like £370k... he also said there was really only another couple who would be interested).arrows123 said:Personally I’d go in at asking price and go from there.
