Originally £360k but the EA told me they'd definitely accept £365k.... Our best and final was going to be £362, but decided to just offer £365k and get it all done and dusted. Maybe they would have accepted that £362, maybe it would have ended in £363, but in the grand scheme of things it's all peanuts

No idea yet... My vendors have to find something, and it will depend if whatever they find has a chain or not..

My buyer is now all worried about mundic I've shown her my report, but quite frankly I think this is something that should be dealt with between conveyancers.

it's all legit though, it's just that her broker is based in London and have no idea about mundic. (I had the same issues when I moved to Cornwall and when I tried to use an non local broker to save £££)

I had to Google 'mundic', thought I was going to see things that my partner would never agree to recreating. Instead I got

"Mundic is a Cornish word meaning mine waste."

    That's me schooled for today.
